Friday’s games

Tascosa (1-0) vs. Amarillo High (0-1), 7:30 p.m.

The 63rd meeting of this epic AISD rivalry has many story lines. But the bottom line is Tascosa made that incredible state semifinal run last year, however, in week 2 lost to AHS. Palo Duro (0-1) at Plainview (0-1), 7 p.m.

I see the Dons coming in this one ticked off and ready to clean up those mistakes. … Palo Duro 31, Plainview 17.
