Bushland rallies past Childress in a thriller

Bushland’s Breckan Reed made a layup with only 3.5 seconds remaining in the game that was enough to edge Childress 38-37 in Class 3A Bidistrict round thriller Monday night at the McNeely Field House in Pampa.

The Bobcats weren’t able to extend the lead missing two free-throws with 15 seconds left that allowed Bushland to drive down, and Reed to score the eventual game-winning points.
